"I had my ear syringed by Hassan today and I honestly couldn't recommend him enough. Booking the appointment was so easy and there was lots of availability, which was really convenient. Hassan was absolutely lovely from start to finish. He explained everything clearly and made sure I knew what was happening throughout the procedure. He regularly checked that I was okay and made me feel completely at ease, especially as I was a little nervous beforehand.
