A full assessment of both ears using a magnified video otoscope. You'll see live footage of your ear canal and eardrum on screen, and our clinician will talk you through what's healthy, what isn't, and what (if anything) to do next.

An ear health check at Acorn Pharmacy is £25 and includes a full video otoscope assessment of both ears.
A trained clinician examines both ears using a video otoscope, so you can see exactly what we see on screen. We'll explain the findings and, if needed, talk through next steps such as microsuction wax removal or a specialist referral.
Most ear health checks take around 15 minutes.
You can choose to add consultant advice & guidance (£50) or a private ENT referral (£250 + £30 booking fee). Your GP will be informed of any treatment and outcome.
